My experience with Wrights Car Care was probably the best car repair experience I could ask for. The last thing that you want to worry about while putting yourself through college is whether or not you can trust the people working on your car. Wrights Car Care was very honest about exactly what the problems were with my vehicle and which issues needed to be addressed immediately and which ones could wait. I have had no issues with any of the repairs I have had. They really have the customer's best interest in mind and it shows!
have been going to Wright's for numerous years and David has always been honest and helpful and concerned about each customer and their circumstances. They always give detailed reports about what needs to be fixed and even a time frame if it can wait a while or needs immediate attention. I really appreciate that personal attention.
This place is absolute gold. We moved to the neighborhood 3 years ago, and they have been our go-to car place for every issue, large or small, ever since. It's like bringing my car to a trusted and knowledgeable family member. They have done everything from major repairs to minor tune-ups for us, and we have never been dissatisfied. Twice I have brought my car not sure what was going on, and it turned out to be a small enough issue that they fixed it on the spot for no charge! Honest, competent, quick, fair, and kind. You can't do better.
Wrights car care rocks!! I had a car issue with a quick timeline to get back to college. David got me in and out quickly, with the part I needed, and didn't try to sell me something I didn't. I actually visited Wrights Car Care over a year ago and realized I never took the time to compliment their service via review. They were more than accommodating and went above and beyond to help me with multiple issues I had with my Honda. They even threw in a few freebies since I was new to Atlanta and looking for a go-to auto repair shop! I'm needing my compressor for my air conditioning replaced (I believe), and will definitely be calling Wrights! I appreciate the down-to-earth, friendly atmosphere they create and I'm positive they'll be able to create the same experience for me again! This is a must-visit shop if you need a fair-priced and friendly repair!
David Daniel at Wright’s Auto repair really helped me. He ran a computer diagnostic test on my car and then explained the problem to me. The part that I needed to be replaced was under warranty, so he suggested that I go to the dealership and have the part replaced for free. He also gave me very specific counseling on what to say to the dealer, and also offered to speak with the dealer on my behalf should I encounter any problem. The dealer did agree with Mr. Daniel’s diagnosis and will replace the part for free. Mr. Daniel also explored another problem with me, which he will be able to fix. I am happy. I had been anxious about the car’s problems and needed clarity. Once we developed a treatment plan for the car, I was at peace.
I recently took out Jeep Wrangler to a local dealer to get some estimates on a few repair and service items. Due to what I thought appeared to be inflated quotes, quotes on work that was not necessary as well as horrendous customer service, I reached out to David at Wright's Car Care. Following a thorough inspection, David expertly advised me on the necessary repairs. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, considerate and kind but his customer service was outstanding. If you are looking for someone who is very well informed about cars, is honest, pleasant and has reasonable pricing, I highly recommend Wright's Car Care in Chamblee.

I absolutely LOVE this car shop. I'll admit that I know next to nothing about cars and am likely able to be taken advantage of - but I never am here. My transmission went out and these folks took care of me - gave me options and helped me out when I desperately needed it. You can literally go here for anything and feel confident that - A) your car will be fixed to a standard much higher than average and B) you will not be taken advantage of or over charged. It's rare to find a trustworthy car shop and this is absolutely one of them. If you end up here, don't worry, they'll take care of you.
We have been taking our cars to David and the crew at Wright's for 20 years, and can't say enough about them. They will be the first to tell you if a particular repair can wait, or if it is more urgent. They do great work, and I feel like I can trust them implicitly.
These guys are the best, we bring all of our cars here and everyone else should too. Also, David personally assists me with my car's warranty issues at the Dealership and much more without being focused on a pay day. I wish the world was full of more businessmen like him.
My experience at Wright’s Car Care was exceptional! David and his staff were thorough, professional, knowledgeable and very considerate! Their shop was super clean and extremely well organized which really said a lot to me! But most importantly they added a real human touch of caring about me and my car. My vehicle had a blown head gasket and other potential problems and it was a real blessing to have them on the job! I can’t say enough about this great team! They have my highest recommendation!
These guys did stupendous mechanical work on both of my cars in a great amount of time because my cars needed a timing belt and serpentine belt replacement. This is a difficult job that takes patience and experience and I am very satisfied with the results on both of my cars. They are very friendly and they do not pressure you into buying their repair services. They are also very honest, and I say this because one of my cars had the check engine light on because of a leak on the evap system and they performed a smoke test with my permission. They found out the gas cap was not sealing properly and was letting vapors escape. If they were dishonest and were only interested in my money, they could of have said it was something else, such as the charcoal canister which would cost me a couple of hundreds of dollars, but they were honest and told me it was just the gas cap. This is how I know I am dealing with a great repair shop and honest mechanics. I think they just earned a new customer. This review is one of the few things I can do to show them my appreciation for their outstanding hard work on my cars and their honesty. Thank you David Daniel and to whoever worked on my cars. I promise I will be loyal to you guys and be back if I ever need from your services again. Now I get to travel on my cars in peace for thousands of miles (90,000mi. is what David said if I am not mistaken) and is all thanks to you guys.
I took my car to Wrights with a problem that several other shops have attempted to fix and David was able to diagnosis it and repair it same day. It cost a lot less than the other shops attempt. Very straight forward, Honest and very competitive pricing. This is the shop I will use from now on. The best.
David at Wrights Car Care is very honest. Wrights Car Care is very reasonably priced. The shop is very clean, well maintained and it is a pleasure to do business with them. You can be sure you are getting an honest evaluation of what your vehicle needs and you will be treated professionally and kindly. On one occasion, I was told at a dealership that I needed something repaired and David assured me that I did not need any repairs and saved me a lot of money. The same thing happened with my husband. He was told at the dealership that he had a broken motor mount that would cost hundreds to repair. However, upon inspection by David, the engine did not have a broken motor mount. I’ve been going to Wright auto care for almost 10 years now I’ve always been treated fairly, David has always been very respectful, and because of that my car is never broke down I highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a professional car repair.
I brought my 2003 4Runner to this shop for service and I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. Everyone is very professional and the shop itself is very neat. Most importantly, they were honest with me. I'll be back for sure!
Had the pleasure of visiting Wrights Car Care when my Jeep was having electrical issues. Keith and David hooked me up, they fixed my jeep same day and they were very professional. Fair pricing and provided me with piece of mind leaving my car with them. 10/10 would highly recommend! Also, the shop is very clean and a lot nicer looking than previous shops I’ve visited in the past.
We have become best friends with Wrights. We have an older vehicle and they've fixed several problems ( one at no charge after minor glitch of repair on it). Garage is super clean! Jennifer/Dave Awesome. For once, a nice experience throughout the repair process!!!
Excellent experience at Wrights. I usually take my car to the dealership but they couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks - which was pretty unbelievable. Jennifer at Wrights got me in the next day. Keith did a great job of fixing the original issues and then identified a sensor issue that the diagnostics did not pick-up. Knowledgeable, efficient and friendly service - I highly recommend them.
I sent a request for service late Monday evening via the website. David reached out to me first thing Tuesday morning. My car was running hot and leaking coolant. David advised me on the “dos and don'ts” of driving the car. He provided me with a phone number for a tow company if needed. He treated my situation as an emergency and allowed for a same day appointment. He called me with options to choose from (a quick fix or a fix to prevent having to get same repairs in future). The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and explained the charges. Best service I have EVER received! Going forward, I will only use David and his team. I am so GRATEFUL!
Did a Google search, found this place and the reviews were good. Decided to give it a try. Needed to know what was wrong with my vehicle, and if worth fixing. This company looked over my vehicle at no charge and gave an honest assessment of what was going on. Samantha was great, greeted me kindly and explained how things work around there. After all was said and done, it wasn't worth my while to get my vehicle fixed. Money saved and very grateful. Services were not used beyond this point. Overall, pleased. When service is needed. Thinking about heading that way.
03/01 - Customer waiting area was in the service/maintenance area. Noisey and no other obvious amenities (coffee restrooms vending machines ect.). Did not want to make a reservation or commit to less than two hours to mount tires. Dave is a nice guy but his business is clearly auto repair.
04/01 - Extremely knowledgeable. Very accomodating. Even gives you a ride to the MARTA transit station. Also did an excellent alignment on my vehicle. Interior was as clean as when I dropped off my car for service. Good people. I'm going to use Wright's Car Care for additional work on my 1994 Mustang GT Convertible. P.S. I asked them specifically if they liked working with The Tire Rack. They do. Couldn't say enough good things about you and your service. I concur.
04/01 - They arranged for the car to go to an alignment shop and for a rental. Very pleased.
04/01 - Had all tires installed in about an hour and the installer advised me of any problems with my wheels not only the repercussions but also the remedies. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

06/01 - They do not do alignments. Seems like a good shop. It's walking distance from public transit. The tires feel smooth and haven't fallen off the car.

07/01 - Great service. At first I was skeptical because they don't do alignments as well. Dave told me they send it out if necessary which was OK. He said come back after a few thousand miles and he'd look at it to see if an alignment was necessary. I'd definitley recommend them.
07/01 - Small shop created a little anxiety at first since I have previously bought tires at NTB. However the guys were professional and extremely courteous. Only disappointment was that they don't do alignments. Given the positive experience I may try them for my other automotive needs.

09/01 - I had to wait for a while to get my tires mounted/balanced but David is a fellow BMW CCA member a great guy. Had a good time chatting with him about club racing his E28 M5. The work was done quickly and with attention to detail. I'm very happy with Wright's Car Care!
10/01 - I drive a BMW 740 with high performance wheels and tires. David at Wright's Car Care did an exceptional job mounting these tires on my very clean racing wheels and I am very pleased with his professionalism. He also gave me a loaner car for the day to get to and from my office while he had my car!

12/01 - The facility does not have a waiting room; however the courtesy and great service are well worth it. Unfortunately they cannot perform alignments at this time. So I have great new tires but have to find the time to get an alignment elsewhere.

01/03 - David at Wrights car care is a true professional! Very courteous knowledgeable especially in regards to performance upgrades and such for my BMW. Very accommodating and would highly recommend them all types of service work. I just had him do my brakes on my 1999 Toyota Landcruiser and he did a great job!
01/03 - David and the team at Wright's did a fine job on my BMW 740il. Although two wheels were somewhat out of round they were able to balance them so that there is no perceptable vibration even at high speed! (I won't say how high... I'll take the 5th!)
